The journal is dedicated to the publication of up-to-date results of ongoing high-priority research contributed by researchers, academic staff, PhD students as well as a wide range of professionals.
Until 2016 the journal was published as a part of the journal “Proceedings of BSTU” № 8 Academic and Educational work. Since 2017 the journal has been published as an independent edition:”Higher technical education”. The journal is published twice a year according to the schedule: № 1 – 25th May; № 2 – 25th November.
